How do I set this up in Gmail?
Copy your reply, then in Gmail go to Settings → See all settings → General → Vacation responder. Paste the body text, set your dates, and turn it on.
How do I set this up in Outlook?
In Outlook, go to File → Automatic Replies. Paste your generated text into the automatic reply message box and set your start and end dates.
Can I edit the wording?
Yes. Use "Show advanced options" to edit the subject line, opening, main body, urgent contact line and closing. The preview updates as you type.
